Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak shopping periods, holidays, or when additional order verification is required.
Order processing time is separate from transit time.
2. Shipping Destinations
JIYU ships to the destinations available at checkout.
Available shipping options and applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase. If your address is outside our current delivery area, the checkout may not allow the order to be completed.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and customs procedures.
Where available, estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or in the relevant shipping information for the product.
Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and may change due to carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
